CarCutter is the global #1 visual AI editing and optimisation solution for the automotive industry and is used by customers from all around the world. Due to our steady growth we are now expanding our passionate & motivated CarCutter team (about 30 people) in Graz Austria, who is part of the international on-demand photography company Meero. We are looking for a talent, who is a tech-savvy, self-confident team player with experience in API-calls and its implementation for clients.

Job responsibilities

Consult potential customers and support the sales team with your technical insight to grow the business
Be the lead in communication and technical support (e.g. API integration) for our major customers to find a technical solution
Lead technical onboarding of key accounts
Drive technical development according to customer requirements in close cooperation with IT and product management

Job requirements

Completed technical education
First experience in pre-sales, technical sales or as technical consultant (nice to have: experience with SaaS products)
Good basic technical knowledge of coherences as well as of systems and architectures
Confidence in dealing with the UNIX-Commandline and BASH
basic programming skills and knowledge of common API-tools such as Curl or Postman is an asset
Basic knowledge of data transfers (e.g. FTP) and established storage solutions (e.g. S3)
Strong communication skills and customer-orientated mindset
Business fluent in German and English
Working at least 4 days at our local office in Graz (e.g. MON-THU)
Full time is an absolute requirement
Being open to a certain flexibility in working hours (to serve international customers in different time zones)
